Q:Are you a manufacturer?
A:Yes,we are a Original manufacturer Since 2012.

Q: How long of the lead time? 
A: Yes,our lead time after 7-9 working days for sample.Usually the lamp will be shipped out within 7 days. The tracking No.of your order will be told the day after shipping. And our sales will help you to track them until they arrives at your place safely.

Q: Do you ship internationally? 
A: Yes, we sell our products all over the world. You can add items to chat and order to check if available for your place. thanks.

Q: What's your warranty?
A: 2-3 years warranty is guaranteed by Eocpseedled. Any quality problem when you get the lamp, we will fix it till you are satisfied.

Q: What are your shipping options? 
A: For sample 1-2pcs, we ship by Express such as UPS/DHL/FedEx...not including taxes. shipping days around 7-10days. For heavy package order, shipping by sea around 45days to door, free taxes. If you have request of time for shipping, please contact us to discuss.

Q: Is the order free taxes?
A: 1-2pcs shipping by Express to door, taxes are not included. Over 3pcs, sea freight is free taxes to door.

Q: How can I track my order? 
A: When you place the order, our sales team will handle and arrange it. After sending out products, the tracking number will be offerred by email from crystal@ecospeedled.com. please notice it.
